AS, Apparently you know nothing about payroll taxes and all the rest they take out of the paychecks of the working middleclass. LOL. Who are they. Let me give you a hint. I am one of them. But, having written payroll software, interpreted withholding tables, having done payroll for a couple of years, maybe I should defer to an opinion of a proven liar on the matter of taxes and withholdings, rather than my experience and that of CPAs I have worked with. If you are still ignorant, read "Perfectly Legeal" an expert dissection of the Bush-Cheney tax code which proves that it benefits everyone making over 500 K a year and hurts everyone making under that, hurting the average middleclass the most. Proves? Speaking of proving things, you have 2 outstanding things to prove: 1. I can legally avoid paying Social Security taxes 2. That your girlfriend is paying a tax rate (the one that you were proven to lie about) that is higher than Ken Lay's. So take a break from the gibberish production, and start on a solid foundation. Maybe your subsequent posts will be taken more seriously, or even discussed. Until then, you are just a BS artist. Joe
