I have accounts at several brokers for IPOs and my experience is that Fidelity has been best at getting good fills. Not the best web design for me but also have been good for AH fills. Usually great customer service also. Got a bit upset with them 4 weeks ago though as 5 grand was missing from my account. Only replaced after I called them. Wound up got hung up from settling a short sell. Question is whether it would've showed up at all if I didn't catch it I so would keep a close eye on them. Gave me a whole $30 for my grief but only after I made a couple of complaints.
