An Open Letter to all of our Beloved Stooges (this was originally sent as a PM but felt that the public thread might be an appropriate broadcast medium as well...)
....this is an OTC marketplace where there aren't really very many stocks that would stand the heat of intense scrutiny and the high standards that you and the rest of us would all like to see (that's why they are OTC companies!).
.....your reasons for concern are valid, but they are old and tired just like Yoccm's diatribe. There ARE reasons to be optimistic, and you can either bore us with the same chants that were the albatross of prior management, or you can "cool your jets" for 2 weeks to see what changes are to be made. No, I don't think that you are a "shorter", I can see through Pug's paranoia. But I am curious why you are in the BB marketplace at all.... are you invested anywhere?
I'm not in love with FAMH, it's just that I am so underwater that I have no choice but to wait and see what happens. Like I said on the thread, I don't mind it when people like --- post negatives because it's usually creative, new DD, and causes everyone to think. You, Mackie, TC, Topcat et al have some pretty tired dialogue that needs a retooling, IMO!!
.....I look forward to watching the changes at FAMH. The question is, if substantive changes for the better DO occur, would you be big enough to share your optimism in that regard?? |
