Personally, I think investors don't like to buy stocks like GTIS. Investors have long time horizons (say 3 years). Who in this thread can SERIOUSLY say that GTIS will be a thriving company in 3 years. Things change SO rapidly that with these small stocks you almost never know where they are going to be. Bigger companies like INTC or IBM investors like because they can actually gage where the company will be in 3 years (or more). Who in this thread thinks IBM will be broke in 3 years???
So whether you believe it or not....when you buy small S/W stocks like GTIS (10million shares outstanding, 40 million held by the CO) YOU ARE a trader.

Being a trader, I don't thinks its so bad though....
