If had just staked that 800 ounce per ton silver mine in Cobalt way back when and held it for 20 years.. But believe it or not, I did not think it was worth it in those days.. at 60 cent silver... I could cost you 100 dollars a ton to mine and mill the stuff even way back then.. stopes were miniscule, like 500 tons... but mining was often only 30 bucks a ton.. throughput...

Cobalt average was 30 ounces per ton. 60 OPT was rich... but some ran to 1000 OPT and one ran 24,000 OPT briefly.. very briefly...

To get that in grams multiply by 34.48.

Yes, I did not bother staking a 27,000 gram per ton silver deposit.. it is true.. no I am not crazy.. well.. ok.. so?
