IMHO Shant is not looking to sell. I think he sees the future and wants be a part of it. He thinks this will give him the time to get the business internet sales going and obtain better financing. This is a big big gamble in my mind. Sorry to say this because I think the technology is good. I will continue to track company just in case I'm wrong. Hope I am.
