Bottom line: The Soros underwriting is complete as far as the basic transactions --- the warrants are still outstanding with $17+ and $25+ strike prices. Soros still holds 1.7+ million common and with this filing has the right to sell or trade any time he wants. Will he? Who knows. If he's lost faith in ADSL, perhaps he might. This document just clears the way should he want to.

I have never quite understand this mess, but I have always hear it referred to as the "Soros nightmare". If someone could please excuse it, I would be very appreciative.
