Will NSCP pull a NOVL?
I lightened up on my NSCP position friday, still now willing to give up on the company, but not wanting to hold as big a position. Am wondering if NSCP will suffer the same fate as NOVL, losing market share to MSFT and spiral down into the single digits. I think the management at NSCP is far superior to the ploddings at NOVL, but would appreciate others thougths on the subject>
#2 - Takeover. Is NSCP a takeover candidate? What is the stock ownership? How much do the directors own? I would think that with their significant existing penetration in the browser market and having one of the top hit sites on the web, it would be attractive as a takeover or merger. Who might be a likely candidate? Larry
