Omar,
The real issue here seems not to relate to lawsuits, per se, but to Allen L. Burditt II.
It sounds to me like he is running the show there. The two projects that seem to be driving the company are being run by him. Seems he owns or controls a goodly amount of the stock.
If he is employed by Oilex why not say so and get it over with. The business card thing gets me, I must admit. Advisor sounds like a (your word) bull$hit title. An advisor doesn't "put together" deals for companies. Who cares if he is employed by Oilex? Why do you dance around the subject? Prior to today I barely knew a thing about this company. I do not know who Burditt is. I barely know who you are. But something is not right here -- and it is not Offie or Prudent from what I can see.
I will look through your filings and see if I can answer my own question, but I would love to hear it from the horses mouth.
