I would hardly think that AOL is just a whipping boy of the average bear. It has a huge instituional short interest. That's some big bears. I have a lot of respect for the intelligence for Case and company for being able to "game" Wall Street so well, not for their fifth iteration of a still floundering business model. Still, I won't argue that $100 million is a nice shot in the arm regardless of the dubious nature of it.
