Steve, Rich Lowry brings up a very good point about college tuition increases. On and on I've been watching the tuition of my alma mater rise like crazy. This was the case even during the "Clinton golden years," and Kerry has some nerve to complain about tuition increases today. Yet is the quality of education any better today than it was back when tuition was half of what it is now? It's one of the very reasons why I'm reluctant to donate to my alma mater. Where is the money going? Tenchusatsu
