Not much of a desire for breads or chips any more.
It is amazing how the addiction for those grain-drugs slowly dissipates!
Still 3-weeks left until my physical on May-3rd.
Then I might have some Matzos and butter to celebrate . . but never going back to my grain addicted ways!
meat, eggs, cream, proper-cheeses, and green veggies forever!
As I get too skinny (under 200), I will eat bread, ships, pasta, crackers once in a while.
This will just slow down my losing, not stopping until maybe 190.
LoL! . . yea!
