Is there a slight possibility that the insiders are getting preliminary information from the Corel finance department on the statements.

I have never given my opinion to this date. So here I go. We have always discussed Hard Core Numbers and never Management style. My guess is that Cowpland has an ego the size of the Corel Balloon. He likes the Grand Entrance and will do what is needed to achieve this. The last quarters Write-off of the Word Perfect aquisition is one of the signs of this entrance. You cannot show the numbers if the weight of Word Perfect is not allowing to do so. The old saying: "Figures can lie, and Liars can Figure". Creative accounting etc... Do not discount that the Grand entrance will be in the next release of statements.

I think the insiders are quite aware of the situation. What better situation than a low stock price with a very low buy rating. This would be Cowplands way of showing us all. If he wanted anything else, you would want to hear him talk up the company price.
