Tom B., I do believe Form 10Q is required to become FULLY REPORTING. I think the 10SB form is just part of the initial registration with the SEC for becoming a public company. I found reference to the filing at the following site: stocksite.com but I don't think there is much significance to it. I TAKE THAT BACK!! Just made a brief review of the document.
