Kerry rigging Carter's 20 year old misery index is sad but another example of the fallout after democrats losing the last two elections.... No different Z than our failed educational system lowering the test standards to create the perception the kids are getting smarter when in fact they are graduating idiots. No different Z than colleges lowering their standards based upon your skin color. If I was a minority and a political party campaigned on the premise that I was inferior and couldn't take care of myself without voting for them, it would be the reason I wouldn't vote for them.
