It looks like Liberal Feminist beach will get what was due for a long time:
"The Dowd family has sued Duke University and Professor Kim F. Curtis!"
The carefully prepared complaint in the Dowd case is, I suspect, more educational than Ms. Curtis's course.

The complaint sets forth eight claims:

Breach of contract (against Duke);

Unjust enrichment (against Duke);

Fraud (against Ms. Curtis and Duke);

Negligent misrepresentation (against Ms. Curtis and Duke);

Intentional infliction of emotional distress (against Ms. Curtis and Duke);

Negligent infliction of emotional distress (against Ms. Curtis and Duke)'

Negligence (against Ms. Curtis and Duke); and

Punitive damages (against Ms. Curtis and Duke).
