I will say one thing for Clinton, if you like a high price of oil, it is more likely to stay that way with him (or Gore) in charge.

OK, where's the logic there?

I've followed oil price movements for some time, and I really don't see much connection between American partisan politics and oil prices. I do suspect that the interests of the oil industry will be well looked after no matter who takes office, as has generally been the case.
