Tc2000 has SP-500 as well as about 80 other indices. The high and low indicators are alreadyput in a ratio which you have to go back to 87 and 91 to be higher. You can try T2117 for 52 week high/low ratio indicator, it won't be like elder but that never bothered me. The data can be gotten manually or from other sources.
