I believe the Sympatico feed is going to be 1Mb/sec which would run slower than cable? I also seem to remember that something like 40% of people will not be able to run ADSL because of there distance from the backbone? All of this is off the top of my so could be wrong. One big advantage cable has is it is here up and running. I have been running my cable modem for about a year and a half and I am very pleased with it. The direction and use of the web becomes clearer at these speeds.
