RE: Builders, anyone remember all of those "invest in energy" covers on all the magazines last year? One of my problems is that I'm seeing "housing bubble" headlines instead of "get rich through investing in real estate" headlines. I would perfer to see more "get rich" signs so I know I'm playing this in the right direction. If too many people think it's a bubble, this whole RE crash is going to be tempered by fear, IMO. "by the time people know something's a good idea, it ain't a good idea no more"
