Libel is defamatory language published to third parties that is not true- Calling someone a substance abuser is libel, and libel is actionable, and is not something to laugh at. I don't know if calling someone a right wing extremist is liable- first you would have to prove you were not one, and second you would need to show it was defamatory, lastly you would need to have someone state you were a right wing extremist
