Obama mailed using an alias, yet he lied to us...again! There is so much more to learn.

President Obama says he was unaware that his Secretary of State only sent emails from her private, unsecured, personal accounts. This news comes despite assertions to the contrary from White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest.

Cracking a slight smile, Obama told CBS News' Bill Plante when he first learned of the Hillary Clinton email scandal:

"'The same time everybody else learned it through news reports,' the president told Plante."

Plante followed up by asking the President if he was ‘disappointed’ with Clinton’s actions. In response, Obama defended his former Secretary of State and touted the transparency of his administration:

"Let me just say Hillary Clinton is, and has been, an outstanding public servant. She was a great Secretary of State for me. The policy of my administration is to encourage transparency."



Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said that Hillary Clinton’s email problems have made her a prime target for cyber hacks, which could compromise national security.
