Yes, France will help out if Kerry is elected. So will every other country which is not helping now. France can do many things besides sending troops, but it might send some. Otherwise it can train, equip and send cash. The Euro leaders all want Kerry to win, but re: an artricle I read, they are also nervous because they know if Kerry wins they will HAVE TO send troops, arms and money to help in Iraq. They will be morally compalled to. The big problem in Iraq is Bush. Once he's out of the way things will get a lot better.
