I didn't provide a link because I posted from a hard copy of the paper. The article is on page 1 at the top of the page for Wednesday, July 4, 2012 and was written by Noelle Crombie. Here is the first paragraph; The government's food stamp program isn't the first place you'd expect to find a subtle nod to marijuan's medicinal value, since the feds view the drug as contraband.
