What are the steps prior to a buyout......I assume that POG has a positive effect on the buyout.....that is if they didn't make a sealed deal before POG went up. Explain to me..........if there are 70M shares on the market and 5-6M floating, how does one squeeze 25M shorts into 5-6M float? Are the short shares really non-existant? there are plenty of holes in my smart box on this issue.
