AQ doesn't NEED Iraq for an HQ. They have a menu of options now. They can just continue to use Iraq as a place to scrimmage and use natural selection to breed the finest terrorists. Have you noticed that after Zarqawi, there has been a significant increase of attacks against US and Iraqi police? His replacement might be a "better" planner/manager. The old saying may apply. The devil you don't know is worse than the devil you do know. Not much you can do about it, other than hope AQ picks someone incompetent. Like Rummy. jttmab
