ACA was designed by libtard academics after studying the idea for decades. When the Dems finally came to them for a health insurance plan all they could come up with was Obamacare.
Nothing more than the old catastrophic health insurance that no one bought because it was useless until the exhorbitant deductible was satisfied.

The Dems put lipstick on the catastrophic insurance pig, and Obama, Reid, Pelosi & Gruber screwed over every citizen in the country.

How could anyone ever vote Demoncrat again?
