It's also because he was probably the biggest do-nothing president I've ever seen I wish he (Clinton) was such a due nothing president on domestic issues. We really haven't had a do nothing president on domestic issues in a long time. Government expands its reach even under Republicans. It always want's to "do something" about any issue. Tim
