valentine,

i once worked at the sec and am quite familiar with company filings. but just being registered and filing does not ensure a market exists for penny stocks.

totl is the only under-$5 stock i own at this time. i got it a little over a month ago and it is up nearly 60% since then. it does have a profile @ yahoo and also has a chart history which is critical to my investment method. that plus a neatly organized set of fundamentals makes investing easier.

but more importantly, it also ensures there will be enough liquidity for me to bail out or sell at a profit. nor to easy with penny stocks.
