Thanks for describing your process in detail. Maybe I should get AAII Stock Investor Pro.

For now though I started working on using SMF add in to get data from web to my spreadsheets. It has Yahoo/MSN/Google fundamental data. One drawback is that Google/Yahoo/MSN don't necessarily update data really fast after it's released by companies. FCF is limited to OCF-CapEx (there is no easy way to also include acquisitions). I am trying to work out how can I automatically get last partial year results annualized while getting previous years as annual results. This is probably a bit tricky.

International companies and microcaps (pinks) still have to be done manually.

And then I will need to update my 700 spreadsheet files that already have manual data. Since I can't keep the same cell layout, this is gonna be a huge update, although it can be done incrementally. :)

I'll let you know how things go. :)
