Chi Com ownership of even small, but critical, parts of U.S. Electric Grid could trigger chain reaction black outs over wide areas. LT? The entire grid is at risk if they gain control of enough key grid choke points.

That would include many nuclear plants with limited diesel fuel storage to pwr up generators essential to cool active reactor fuel rods. Even worse, is the critical need to also cool multiple on site tanks storing spent fuel rods for lack of LT centralized storage. Progress toward that goal has been glacial.
