I have made several posts on the TLK thread; the premium for TLK is almost zero, except when new information is available in the US after Jakarta closes or vice versa -- this is like the price difference during the course 24 hours. TLK ADR is treated at par with 20 shares in Jakarta and can be exchanged directly, as far as I understand. But during the course of a day, one cannot get the stock certificates and such exchange is rarely done within 24 hours.
