PMCS's decision to invest more in R&D is a positive for investors. Their earnings in the past few years have been mostly from the sale of their DS3, OC3 , DS1 and OC12 devices. There are other companies that are starting to produce similar products causing some pricing pressure. Invest heavily in R&D and make the right acquisitions. This company has a excellent future. Ricky
