To All: While surfing the insiders page on Yahoo for Cymer

I noticed that with his sale of 20,000 share on Aug 10th (at 16.8)
Mr. Angus only holds a little more than 5,000 shares of Cymer. I'm not a market guru, but if the CFO liquidated 80% of his holdings at a depressed price, what does that mean for the rest of us?

the good news is that Dr. A is still holding almost 333k shares and has not sold a single share in a long time.

Any interpretations?
