Rick,

I'm so EXTREMELY comforted after reading this news!!! I was sweating it out this morning believing that they might have to restate earnings or something.

Instead, we essentially have the capital the company needs to rapidly expand its presence and marketing effort, and Paul Allen has basically put a floor under the price of the stock at $90/share.

That's what I call support.

Now Allen certainly doesn't have to abide by the $90 rule. He can buy his common stock at market price should he choose. But he has thrown the gauntlet down that he will no tolerate a price below $90.

Someone correct me if I'm incorrect in this assumption.

Bill F. You're thoughts??

Regards,

Ron
