May be they paid $11M to a front company, that developed the software, and pocketed some of the proceed so they can have the money to buy 5k shares here and there to pop up the price once in a while. At the same time they are sure that they have some good money in their coffers.
Just my guess for more discussion or investigation, not a fact from me yet.
