Some thoughts on CPQ and SMOD: We all know that CPQ occupies a veryÊlarge share of demand for SMOD's products. We also all know that CPQ has been doing crappy over the past year or so. However, if you look at the fundamentals of CPQ you will notice that their revenues have been increasing at a torrid pace, it's their declining profit margins that have brought CPQ down. SMOD's growth is connected to CPQ's revenues, not their earnings. So, it is likely other factors keeping SMOD depressed. DRAM pricing, etc. Of course the stupid rumors that always surface about SMOD losing CPQ's business are as annoying as they are imbecilic. Cheers
