"Notice the acceleration from the time the law suit was filed." Let's not forget HPQ's interest which perked up in Q1/05, and I suspect has been wildly rewarded for their AMD offerings since. (I can hardly wait 'til AMD supplies HPQ with some Turion leading edge mobile products later in Q2.)
