What will happen when the UN finally figures out that the US will not bail them out on their constant "resolutions"...?? The bad guys that continually overrun the African and South American countries will be able to do that at will. Who knows, maybe they can and will take over some European countries as well.

Maybe Congress will eventually do as this NYT guy says. Fancy that....a war by committee of Congress.

No bloody way would I allow any of mine to go to something that the idiot Left had anything to do with....

In an Editorial Observer column, the NYT's Adam Cohen takes a look at the administration's repeated claims that the president has the constitutional authority to decide the country's involvement in a war. But that power isn't so clear cut. Cohen examines historical precedent to show that Congress's authority is not just limited to the ability to cut funds and it has every right to "set the terms of military engagement."
