Here is my response to your first question: DO I BELIEVE PANAM IS/IS NOT WORKING TOWARD BEING/BECOMING A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!! ** I would like to believe so for everyone's sake, however in my Opinion the Jury is still out. There have been SCAMS out there in Penny Stocks that would make your head spin! MTEI and USXP are classic examples. Review there threads and news releases and you will throw up especially the ones that lost 90-100% of there investment!!
