The Bay Area weather is warm again....not hot. (74 degrees)...but Southern CA will be in the 80s in some areas. Most people wouldn't be using air conditioning (yet)...but after a few "days off" from worrying about a stage 3 warning, most likely people are getting more relaxed about thinking about cutting back on their energy use. (I have to admit I'm guilty of not being quite as diligent about cutting energy use when we're not in a stage 2 or 3 warning.)

There have been quite a few public service announcements about "Power Saving Tips" on the television, and the state has just started using "Power Police"...to check on businesses to make sure they are cutting back on power, especially at night.
