SSP, <CECS> I was looking at the filings for this fully reporting shell, looks great. Currently 22MM shares, minimal debt, looking for a business, they make that clear in the filings. The only dilution may come with the success of the "hotel" operation, and that's only if there is business growth and performance. Shareholder value would actually increase. After CHIP, CECS is one nice shell, that's a good pick from your list, thanks. I bought some CECS this morning, but I had to wait a long time for fills. I suspect that the MMs don't have the shares, a guess.
