Bill, its not that I dont get it. its that I dont understand the legality of it. You're right about "sore thumb" - I am 1 amongst 5 American families of Indian origin in my small town. Does not exempt me from any laws that other Americans have to follow. So, bottom line in my view is : Mr Ridge, deliver on what you were hired for, or esle step down. BTW "he inherited the problem" is a weak excuse - he was hired to fix it, and knew it when he took the job.
