JC, Targets are really worthwhile if you value the researcher's opinion. Take Milunovich at ML. He knows SUNW and IBM backwards and forwards. SUNW trusts him and are straight shooters when it comes to releasing information. So target of $103, what does that mean? Literally nothing. It does give you some tangible number to hang your hat on.
