I agree, I would not "short" mcom. Risk could be forthcoming.? However; I have some experience in the wireless area, having partnered with several other individuals from the cable business and purchased wireless towers and paging, operated, then sold for millions after we got the cashflow up and sold Upstream. Two things come to mind.
Cashflow is very important over the term. The term is the amount of time it takes to reap )$( wealth benefits. Qcom has that, increasingly in spades.
Add oligopolistic or monopolistic character to the Revenue stream with the ability to deliver, and the economic rewards will be evident.
WHAT THIS MEANS is that it makes any system PCS or other cdma, something that the operator can sell true high data rate to any device and receive using the existing system with an Inexspensive HDR overlay. "with smooth handoffs and more clarity" the PDA's of the next few years will all be internet capable, along with probable lastmile data revs a capability. Believe me, they are not going to add a bunch of strings everywhere,,,,maybe alot more fiber trunk,s but not a bunch of little strings. We want the ability to take it with us,,ie mobile to the cabin etc....
So, I think we have some more value left to be realized . |
