Very democratic concept, that, try taking it to the people, you and the Libertarians call for a few new constitutional amendments enshrining the principle properly. Or go the more limited route, just get noble Bill, friend of the common man, the MLB-style statutory exemption he deserves. Poor Jefferson had to pull "life, liberty, property" out of the Declaration to appease the rabble, maybe you guys could do better today.
Somehow, I have the feeling that the subjects of those polls don't quite understand "standard Microsoft business practice" the way we all do here. No worry, though, Bill's taking them where they want to go!
