From here she sounded the way any bureaucrat or politician sounds when confronted with facts to contradict spin; she got sanctimonious while repeating her meaningless "talking points". The "You don't have to explain to me, I've got an MBA from Harvard Business School" line was hilarious and sad at the same time.
