Dear QwikSand: I have slept on your comment and given it much thought. My current feeling is this: When I was a Partner with a very large CPA firm occassionally we placed good people with clients (we never placed submargin people for obvious reasons) on top of that occassionally we hired people from clients. In both situations it was discussed with the client even before the person involved had any idea of the thought. Since I presume SUNW has a very close strategic relationship with AOL, I have to believe that the same occurred their. I cannot believe AOL would RAID their partner, and if in fact they did it would lower my opinion of AOL. Rather, I choose to believe that their is a bigger reason for all of this and that this reason benefits both parties. JDN
