What gets me about this lawsuit:

"Allyne Mills, spokeswoman for GT Interactive said, "Regarding the suit, we believe it's completely without merit. We plan to defend it vigorously. I cannot comment beyond that."

Now, is that an insult to our intelligence? This CANNED line is used in every single lawsuit announcement ever created. I wish that just once someone would form an intelligent reply rather than rehashing this stupidity. Say something about the alleged merits of a case or at least defend yourself in some manner.
