Once those 40's are in the closet 4 months, give them away, you dont need them anymore.

I found it nice to watch my waist drop from 36 (July 2007) to 31-32 today, since Dec 2007.

I then gave away all the 36's, kept some of the smaller 34's, and now just gave them all to my son,

now my 32's are getting loose as well, but I found my ideal weight and now fluctuate between 177 and 181

May I suggest that everyone who doesnt know about Exekial products, to go to their local foods or greenwise, and get them'

they are the alternative to bread and provide great nutrition. they even have their version of the cinnamon raison english muffins, which are great!

I went from 207 to 177 and dont ever expect to go back, once the weight is off, it is easy to keep it off.

I credit the complete elimination of sugars, breads, bagels, pizza and ice cream, and the dramatic lowering of red meat consumption and alcohol,

this was all done without any major exercise,
just golf.

I can now have pizza when I want, and when i know I am playing golf, i will have the bagel again just for the added carb.
